My cousin Mary will be having a baby soon and the last 4 months I have been working on this quilt for him. The theme is jungle animals. I
was so happy to make this for Mary because I remember her as a child. She used to sit next to me at the sewing machine, watching me sew. She was a very quiet little girl and just enjoyed seeing what was being created! Today she does not sew, but loves handmade items. I hope his quilt becomes the blanky that goes everywhere and is loved always.
